AFRIMART USER AGREEMENT
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AfriMart.
2. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide accurate product listings, comply with applicable food safety and trade regulations, fulfill orders promptly, and handle customer information responsibly.
4. Orders, Payments, and Vendor Earnings
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Vendor earnings are subject to applicable platform fees, refunds, and chargebacks. AfriMart does not guarantee sales or profits.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in unlawful activities, fraud, misrepresentation, platform abuse, or any activity that interferes with AfriMart's operations or security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the AfriMart Platform are owned by or licensed to AfriMart and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Termination
AfriMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which AfriMart is registered.
