What Can Be Returned?

Unopened Non-Perishable Items

Sealed packages of grains, flours, spices, and other shelf-stable products in original condition.

Wrong Items Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, we'll arrange for return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Perishable items (fresh produce, frozen foods, fresh meat/fish) unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery

Opened or partially used products (unless defective)

Items without original packaging or tags

Money back to your original payment method including the purchase price and applicable taxes.

Store Credit

Opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases, with an additional 10% bonus credit.

Exchange the item for the same product or choose a different item of equal or lesser value.

Some vendors may have additional return policies or requirements. These will be clearly displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation. AfriMart will help coordinate returns with individual vendors to ensure a smooth process.
